To initiate the manager evaluation process, please download the
appropriate questionnaire. In addition, we ask that all candidates
seeking consideration e-mail us their most recent marketing material
and, if the candidate is a Registered Investment Advisor, their most
recent Form ADV (Parts I and II).
Please also transmit an Excel spreadsheet containing net monthly returns
since inception in one column, and relevant benchmark returns in
another column.
